Looking for Art in all the wrong places

This is grafitti from my little town.It is painted on a utility box by the sandwich store and Peet's Coffee.Graffiti as art. Urban expression.

Oh NO! Colette went outside and found the MH1 had been tagged.

What are the tags? What does it say? I can't make it out? Sorry Wes...
