So what I am wondering is this doll the one from the Kickstarter campaign? I donated and haven't heard further from that. Does anyone know?

    That's fun, but IMHO, a doll is a doll is a doll. It doesn't have to look like a live person any more than Winnie-the-Pooh has to look like a grizzly bear.

    Hmmm, which campaign did you donate to? I've received half a dozen or more emails since I pre-ordered my Lammily doll back in May or June.

    Emails have been sent from updates@lammily.com from their mailchimp account, I think they hosted their funding on their own so they are not on kickstarter. Go their webpage and contact them if you haven't been receiving emails: https://lammily.com/
    Shipping has started and they should all be shipped by Nov 28, so hopefully the mailing address you entered at the time hasn't changed. :)
