Diatom Chair

Look what came in the mail while the Elder Assistant was getting herself married. I am intimidated by the instructions.

The other modern chairs want to play (Bouloum chair by pinchofpepper, phantom chair, wedding favor)

Is there a Bay Area self help group for putting these chairs together, will provide alcohol... C

    You'll need the booze! Actually, it is not hard at all if you systematically follow the letters and numbers. Don't make the same mistake I did -- I started to put in the horizontal pieces across the chair, when I should have started withe the vertical ones. And don't press down to hard -- I split two of the pieces.

    I would be there in the blink of an eye - with wine - if I didn't live thousands of miles away. CallSmall has kind of intimidated me too. Horizontal? Vertical? split pieces? Oh My. Maybe you should have the wine after you build the chair.

    Perhaps, before, during and after? Covering all bases,
    I am counting on hearing from my fearless Bay Area cohorts... but so far... nothing. The fact that 2 of them have new Kindergarteners may have something to do with that... C
